All reservations are 100% refundable up to 7 days prior to first day of visit. If reservation must be cancelled within 7 days of visit, your reservation can be rescheduled for a future date. To cancel or reschedule, please email email@example.com or call or text us at 409-225-2020. After your visit, we inspect your camper to see if there are any missing items (towels, sheets, pillows, dishes or keys) or any damage like broken cabinet doors, stained sheets or towels, or cigarette smoke odor. If there are any lost or damaged items, we will notify you and charge up to $250 to replace or repair any damages.
