All reservations are 100% refundable up to 7 days prior to first day of visit. If reservation must be cancelled within 7 days of visit, your reservation can be rescheduled for a future date. To cancel or reschedule, please email email@example.com or call or text us at 409-225-2020. A $250 refundable security deposit is charged to your card at time of reservation. After your visit, we inspect your camper to see if there are any missing items (towels, sheets, pillows, dishes or keys) or any damage like broken cabinet doors, stained sheets or towels, or cigarette smoke odor. If there is nothing lost or damaged then the full $250 will be refunded to your card within 3 days after check-out. If there are any lost or damaged items, we will notify you and deduct the replacement or repair cost from your deposit and then refund the balance within 5 days after check-out.
